Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh etika kerja islam dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh populasi di Kospin Jasa Syariah Cabang Tegal yang berjumlah 52 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan skala likert 1-5. Anaslisis data menggunakan metode kuantitatif SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software Smart PLS 4.0 Berdasarkan hasil uji dan analisis data pada penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa 2 dari 7 hipotesis diterima dan 5 dari 7 hipotesis ditolak.
