Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh budaya organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi melalui organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh populasi di CV. HAS Survey yang berjumlah 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan Skala likert 1-5. Teknik analsis data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) yang diolahh datanya dengan alat bantu software Smart PLS 4.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa 6 dari 7 hipotesis hasilnya didukung, sementara 1 hipotesis lainnya menunjukkan hasil ditolak.
