Abstrak

Krisis energi di Indonesia telah menyebabkan fluktuasi harga saham sektor energi, sehingga menciptakan ketidakpastian bagi investor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran dewan direksi dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan terhadap volatilitas imbal hasil saham, dengan peluang pertumbuhan sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur dan data sekunder dari 14 perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018–2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap volatilitas imbal hasil saham, tetapi berpengaruh tidak langsung melalui peluang pertumbuhan. Kinerja keuangan berpengaruh positif terhadap volatilitas imbal hasil saham. Secara keseluruhan, peluang pertumbuhan terbukti memediasi sebagian hubungan antara ukuran dewan direksi dan kinerja keuangan terhadap volatilitas imbal hasil saham.
